The short version: PitchKeys turns a video clip you choose into a
piano-overlay short. The clip, the audio analysis, the mix, and the exported video are all
processed on your device — your videos are never uploaded to us or anyone
else. The app shows an ad only when you choose to watch one — an optional rewarded ad on
the export screen that unlocks a single export with PRO styles applied; there are no
banners and no forced ads. What does leave your device depends on which version you
installed: in the Google Play version, anonymous usage statistics (which
screens and steps you reached — never your media), ad-serving data handled by Google AdMob
when you choose to watch an ad, plus what Google Play and RevenueCat need to run the
optional PRO subscription; in the Apps in Toss version, the subscription
records Toss and our own entitlement server need for that same PRO subscription, and usage
statistics collected through the Toss mini-app platform (screen and click events — never
your media).
1. Who we are
vargg (“we”, “us”) is the developer of PitchKeys, offered as the same service on two
channels: the Android app on Google Play (com.pitchkeys.app) and the
mini-app in Apps in Toss (a WebView that runs inside the Toss app). This policy covers both
channels; where data handling differs by channel it is called out below. Contact:

2. Your videos stay on your device
When you select a video, PitchKeys reads it locally to detect pitch, generate the piano
sound, and render the overlay video. This on-device processing is the same on both channels. We
do not upload, store, or transmit your videos, audio, or the videos you export. How the exported
video is saved depends on the channel: in the Google Play version it is saved
to your own device gallery (the Movies/PitchKeys folder); in the
Apps in Toss version it is saved through the Toss save/share sheet, where you
choose to save it (it is downloaded and then saved to your gallery), rather than to a fixed
folder. Either way the exported video stays under your control on your device.
3. What we do and don’t collect
We do not collect:
No account or login — we don’t ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the app.
No ad tracking in analytics — our usage statistics are never linked to the advertising
ID and are not used to personalize ads (ad-id collection is disabled in our analytics
configuration).
No access to your contacts, microphone, or camera, and no location permission — we never
request or read your device’s GPS or network location.
In the Google Play version we do collect anonymous usage analytics, through
Google Analytics for Firebase, so we can see which parts of the app work and
where people get stuck. It records a fixed list of product events — a clip was selected,
analysis started / succeeded / failed, an export finished, the subscription screen was opened —
each with a few technical attributes: the chosen sound pack, whether the clip was the bundled
sample, a coarse duration bucket (under 10s, 10–30s, …), how long a step took, and an error
category when something fails.
These events never contain your video or audio, any frame or waveform, file
names, file paths, gallery locations, the notes detected from your clip, or anything you typed.
The event list is fixed in the app’s source code and cannot carry free-form text.
Firebase assigns a randomly generated app-instance ID to your installation.
It is not your Google account, not an advertising ID, and not a hardware serial; it resets if
you clear the app’s data or reinstall. Google also derives an
approximate location (country / region level) from the IP address the events
arrive on.
The Google Play version shows one kind of ad: an optional rewarded ad. An
ad plays only when you choose “watch an ad” on the export sheet, to unlock that single export
with the PRO styles you were previewing — there are no banners and no forced ads. Ads are
served by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, AdMob processes your device's
Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and IP-derived approximate location to serve and personalize
ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. You can reset or delete the advertising ID at
any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads; personalization can also be limited there. In
the European Economic Area and the UK a consent prompt is shown before any ad, as required.
Our usage analytics remain separate from advertising: analytics never collects the ad ID.
The Apps in Toss version does not include Google Analytics for Firebase or
our AdMob integration. Usage statistics there are collected through the Toss mini-app
platform's analytics: the same source-pinned list of product events (screen and click
events) with the same rule — never your media, file names, or anything you typed. See Toss's
privacy policy for how Toss processes this data. Rewarded ads in that version are served by
the Toss host app itself when you choose to watch one.
Google acts as our data processor for analytics; see Google’s privacy policy
for how it handles this data. We keep analytics data for at most 14 months. To ask us to stop
processing your usage analytics, email the address in section 10.
4. Subscription information (PRO)
PitchKeys offers an optional paid PRO subscription. Which services are involved
depends on where you installed the App. In neither version do we receive your card
number or payment credentials. If you never subscribe, none of this section applies.
Google Play version (the Android app)
Payments are processed by Google Play Billing (Google is the seller of
record), and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which
validates and tracks entitlements so the app knows whether you are PRO. To do this, RevenueCat
receives an app-generated anonymous identifier and purchase/transaction details (such as the
product purchased, purchase and renewal dates, and basic device/platform information). Your
payment credentials are handled entirely by Google Play.
RevenueCat acts as our data processor for subscription management. See
RevenueCat’s privacy policy (revenuecat.com/privacy) and Google Play’s privacy policy for how
they handle this data.
Apps in Toss version (the mini-app that runs inside the Toss app)
This version does not use RevenueCat. Payments are processed by
Toss, which is the seller of record, through Toss in-app payment. The app uses
the Toss SDK — its in-app payment APIs and a per-mini-app key/value storage
bridge — and, when a subscription payment succeeds or a subscription is restored, sends a
subscription-status record to our own entitlement server at api.var.gg so the
app knows whether you are PRO. That record contains only: the event type (a purchase or a
restore), the order ID, the subscription ID, and the timestamp. It never contains your name,
email address, phone number, or any payment credential, and our server stores nothing but those
subscription-status records — no media of any kind. Your payment credentials are handled
entirely by Toss.
Toss is the payment processor and seller of record for this version; see
Toss’s own policies for how it handles payment data. The entitlement server at api.var.gg is
operated by us (vargg) and holds only the subscription-status fields listed above.
5. Device permissions
Picking a video — handled by Android's system file picker, which grants
access only to the single clip you choose. PitchKeys requests no broad photo/video or storage
permission.
Modify audio settings — to briefly lower other audio while you preview a
result inside the app.
Network access in the Google Play version is used only by the
billing/subscription SDKs (RevenueCat and Google Play Billing) and by the analytics SDK
described in section 3. The Apps in Toss version runs as a mini-app inside the
Toss app, so it declares no Android permissions of its own, and its only network egress is the
Toss SDK’s in-app payment calls plus the subscription-status records sent to our entitlement
server described in section 4. In neither version does PitchKeys use the internet to handle
your media.
6. Children
PitchKeys is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under the applicable
minimum age — under 14 in the Republic of Korea, and under 13 in other regions. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.
7. Data retention & deletion
Working files (decoded audio, the mixed preview) live in the app’s temporary cache and are
replaced or cleared as you use the app; you can also clear them from Android’s app storage
settings. Exported videos remain in your gallery until you delete them. To delete subscription
records — those held by RevenueCat and Google for the Google Play version, or those held by
Toss and on our own entitlement server (api.var.gg) for the Apps in Toss version — or for any
privacy request, email us at the address below.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., under GDPR or Korea’s PIPA), you may have the right to
access, correct, or delete your data and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact
us. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory
consumer protections in your country of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will update the “Effective” date above and,
for material changes, surface a notice in the app or store listing.

1. 운영 주체
vargg(이하 “당사”)는 PitchKeys의 개발자입니다. 당사는 동일한 PitchKeys 서비스를 두 채널로
제공합니다: Google Play의 Android 앱(com.pitchkeys.app)과 앱인토스
(토스 앱 안에서 실행되는 WebView 미니앱)입니다. 본 방침은 두 채널에 모두 적용되며, 채널에 따라
데이터 처리가 달라지는 부분은 아래에 명시합니다. 문의:

2. 영상은 기기에 머뭅니다
영상을 선택하면 PitchKeys는 그 영상을 기기 안에서 읽어 음정을 검출하고 피아노 소리를
생성하며 오버레이 영상을 렌더링합니다. 이 기기 내 처리는 두 채널 모두 동일합니다. 당사는 사용자의
영상·오디오·내보낸 결과물을 업로드·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 내보낸 영상의 저장 방식은 채널에 따라
다릅니다. Google Play 버전에서는 사용자 기기의 갤러리(Movies/PitchKeys
폴더)에 저장됩니다. 앱인토스 버전에서는 토스가 제공하는 저장·공유 시트를 통해
사용자가 직접 저장하며(다운로드를 거쳐 갤러리에 저장), 고정된 폴더 경로에 저장되지 않습니다.
어느 경우든 내보낸 영상은 사용자 기기에서 사용자가 직접 관리합니다.
3. 수집하는 정보와 수집하지 않는 정보
수집하지 않는 정보:
계정·로그인 없음 — 앱 사용을 위해 이름·이메일·전화번호를 요구하지 않습니다.
이용 통계와 광고의 연결 없음 — 당사의 이용 통계는 광고 ID와 연결되지 않으며 광고
개인화에 사용되지 않습니다(분석 설정에서 광고 ID 수집을 비활성화).
연락처·마이크·카메라에 접근하지 않으며 위치 권한도 요청하지 않습니다 — 기기의 GPS나
네트워크 위치를 읽지 않습니다.
Google Play 버전에서는 익명 이용 통계를 수집합니다. 앱의 어느 부분이 잘
동작하고 어디에서 막히는지 파악하기 위해 Google 애널리틱스 for Firebase를
사용합니다. 사전에
고정된 목록의 제품 이벤트 — 클립 선택, 분석 시작·성공·실패, 내보내기 완료, 구독 화면 열림 등 —
과 소수의 기술 속성(선택한 사운드 팩, 번들 샘플 여부, 대략적인 길이 구간(10초 미만, 10~30초 …),
단계 소요 시간, 실패 시 오류 분류)을 기록합니다.
이 이벤트에는 사용자의 영상·음성, 프레임이나 파형, 파일 이름, 파일 경로, 갤러리 위치,
클립에서 검출된 음정, 입력한 문자가 일절 포함되지 않습니다. 이벤트 목록은 앱
소스 코드에 고정되어 있어 자유 형식 문자열을 담을 수 없습니다.
Firebase는 설치본마다 무작위로 생성된 앱 인스턴스 ID를 부여합니다. 이는
Google 계정도, 광고 ID도, 하드웨어 일련번호도 아니며, 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 재설치하면
초기화됩니다. 또한 Google은 이벤트가 도달한 IP 주소로부터 대략적인 위치(국가·
지역 수준)를 추정합니다.
Google Play 버전에는 한 종류의 광고만 있습니다: 선택형 보상형 광고. 광고는
사용자가 내보내기 시트에서 ‘광고 보고 이대로 내보내기’를 선택할 때만 재생되며 — 그 1회
내보내기에 체험 중이던 PRO 연출이 적용됩니다. 배너나 강제 광고는 없습니다. 광고는
Google AdMob이 게재합니다. 광고 요청 시 AdMob은 기기의 안드로이드 광고
ID(AD_ID)와 IP 기반 대략적 위치를 광고 게재·개인화·성과 측정·부정 방지에 처리합니다. 광고
ID는 Android 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 언제든 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 개인화 제한도
같은 곳에서 설정할 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국에서는 규정에 따라 광고 전 동의 화면이
표시됩니다. 당사의 이용 통계는 광고와 분리되어 있습니다 — 통계는 광고 ID를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱인토스 버전에는 Google 애널리틱스 for Firebase와 당사의 AdMob 연동이
포함되어 있지 않습니다. 대신 토스 미니앱 플랫폼의 분석을 통해 소스 코드에
고정된 목록의 제품 이벤트(화면·클릭)를 수집하며, 여기에도 사용자의 미디어·파일명·입력한 문자는

처리방침을 참고하세요. 통계 데이터는 최대 14개월간 보관합니다. 이용 통계 처리 중단을 원하시면
10항의 이메일로 요청해 주세요.
4. 구독 정보(PRO)
PitchKeys는 선택적 유료 PRO 구독을 제공합니다. 어떤 서비스가 관여하는지는 앱을
설치한 곳에 따라 달라집니다. 어느 버전에서도 당사는 카드번호나 결제 수단 정보를 받지
않습니다. 구독하지 않으면 본 항의 내용은 적용되지 않습니다.
Google Play 버전(Android 앱)
결제는 Google Play 결제가 처리하며(판매자는 Google), 구독 상태는
RevenueCat이 관리해 앱이 PRO 여부를 확인합니다. 이를 위해 RevenueCat은 앱이
생성한 익명 식별자와 구매/거래 정보(구매한 상품, 구매 및 갱신 일자, 기본 기기/플랫폼 정보 등)를
받습니다. 결제 수단 정보는 전적으로 Google Play가 처리합니다.
RevenueCat은 구독 관리를 위한 수탁자(처리자)입니다. 처리 방식은 RevenueCat

앱인토스(토스 미니앱) 버전
이 버전은 RevenueCat을 사용하지 않습니다. 결제는 토스 인앱 결제를 통해
토스가 처리하며 판매자도 토스입니다. 앱은 토스 SDK(인앱 결제
API와 미니앱 단위의 키·값 Storage 브리지)를 사용하고, 구독 결제가 성공하거나 구독이 복원될 때
앱이 PRO 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 구독 상태 기록을 당사 자체 구독 확인 서버(api.var.gg)로
전송합니다. 이 기록에는 이벤트 유형(구매 또는 복원), 주문 ID, 구독 ID, 발생 시각만 담깁니다.
이름·이메일·전화번호나 결제 수단 정보는 일절 포함되지 않으며, 당사 서버는 이 구독 상태 기록 외에
아무것도 저장하지 않습니다(어떤 미디어도 저장하지 않습니다). 결제 수단 정보는 전적으로 토스가
처리합니다.
이 버전의 결제 처리자이자 판매자는 토스입니다. 결제 정보 처리 방식은 토스의
정책을 참고하세요. api.var.gg의 구독 확인 서버는 당사(vargg)가 운영하며 위에 열거한 구독 상태
항목만 보관합니다.
5. 기기 권한
동영상 선택 — 안드로이드 시스템 파일 선택기를 통해 처리되며, 직접 고른 한
개의 클립에만 접근 권한이 부여됩니다. PitchKeys는 별도의 사진/동영상 또는 저장소 권한을 요청하지
않습니다.
오디오 설정 변경 — 앱 안에서 결과를 미리 듣는 동안 다른 소리를 잠시
줄이기 위해 사용합니다.
Google Play 버전의 네트워크 접근은 결제/구독
SDK(RevenueCat, Google Play 결제)와 3항에서 설명한 통계 SDK만 사용합니다.
앱인토스 버전은 토스 앱 안에서 미니앱으로 실행되므로 자체 안드로이드 권한을
선언하지 않으며, 네트워크 전송은 토스 SDK의 인앱 결제 호출과 4항에서 설명한 구독 확인 서버로
보내는 구독 상태 기록뿐입니다. 두 버전 모두 PitchKeys는 미디어 처리를 위해 인터넷을 사용하지
않습니다.
6. 아동
PitchKeys는 일반 이용자 대상 앱으로, 해당 지역의 최소 연령 미만 아동 — 대한민국은 만 14세
미만, 그 외 지역은 13세 미만 — 을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로
수집하지 않습니다.
7. 보관 및 삭제
작업 파일(디코딩된 오디오, 믹스 미리보기)은 앱 임시 캐시에 저장되며 사용 중 교체·삭제됩니다.
안드로이드 앱 저장소 설정에서 직접 지울 수도 있습니다. 내보낸 영상은 사용자가 삭제할 때까지
갤러리에 남습니다. 구독 기록 삭제(Google Play 버전은 RevenueCat과 Google이 보관하는 기록,
앱인토스 버전은 토스와 당사 자체 구독 확인 서버(api.var.gg)에 있는 기록)나 기타 개인정보 요청은
아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.
8. 이용자의 권리
거주 지역(예: GDPR, 대한민국 개인정보보호법)에 따라 열람·정정·삭제 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수
있습니다. 권리 행사는 아래 연락처로 요청하세요. 본 방침은 대한민국 법률을 따르되, 거주 국가의
강행적 소비자 보호 규정을 침해하지 않습니다.
9. 방침 변경
앱 변경에 따라 본 방침을 갱신할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 위 “시행일”을 갱신하며, 중요한 변경은 앱
또는 스토어 등재 정보에 고지합니다.

1. 提供者
vargg（以下「当社」）は PitchKeys の開発者です。当社は同一の PitchKeys サービスを 2 つの
チャネルで提供します：Google Play の Android アプリ（com.pitchkeys.app）
と、Apps in Toss（トス アプリ内で動作する WebView ミニアプリ）です。本ポリシーは両チャネルに
適用され、チャネルによってデータの取り扱いが異なる部分は以下に明記します。お問い合わせ：

2. 動画は端末に留まります
動画を選択すると、PitchKeys は端末内でその動画を読み込み、音程の検出、ピアノ音の生成、
オーバーレイ動画のレンダリングを行います。この端末上での処理は両チャネルで同じです。当社が動画・
音声・書き出した成果物をアップロード・保存・送信することはありません。書き出した動画の保存方法は
チャネルによって異なります。Google Play 版では、お使いの端末のギャラリー
（Movies/PitchKeys フォルダ）に保存されます。Apps in Toss 版
では、トスが提供する保存・共有シートを通じてあなた自身が保存し（ダウンロードを経てギャラリーに
保存）、固定されたフォルダパスには保存されません。いずれの場合も、書き出した動画はお使いの端末で
あなたが管理します。
3. 収集する情報・収集しない情報
収集しないもの：
アカウント・ログインなし — 利用にあたり氏名・メール・電話番号を求めません。
利用統計と広告の連結なし — 当社の利用統計は広告 ID と連結されず、広告のパーソナライズ
にも使用されません（分析設定で広告 ID の収集を無効化しています）。
Firebase はインストールごとにランダム生成されたアプリインスタンス ID を
割り当てます。これは Google アカウントでも広告 ID でもハードウェアのシリアル番号でもなく、
アプリのデータを消去するか再インストールするとリセットされます。また Google は、イベントの
送信元 IP アドレスからおおよその位置（国・地域レベル）を推定します。
Google Play 版の広告は 1 種類だけです：任意の報酬型広告。 広告は、書き出し
シートで「広告を見てこのまま書き出す」を選んだときにのみ再生され、その 1 回の書き出しに試用中
だった PRO の演出が適用されます。バナーや強制的な広告はありません。広告は
Google AdMob が配信します。広告リクエスト時、AdMob は端末の Android 広告 ID
（AD_ID）と IP から推定したおおよその位置を、広告の配信・パーソナライズ・効果測定・不正防止の
ために処理します。広告 ID は Android の設定 → プライバシー → 広告からいつでもリセット・削除
でき、パーソナライズの制限も同じ場所で設定できます。欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国では、規定に
従い広告の前に同意画面が表示されます。当社の利用統計は広告と分離されています — 統計が広告 ID
を収集することはありません。
Apps in Toss 版には Google アナリティクス for Firebase と当社の AdMob
連携は含まれていません。代わりにトスのミニアプリプラットフォームの分析を通じて、
ソースコードに固定された一覧の製品イベント（画面・クリック）を収集します。ここにもあなたの

4. サブスクリプション情報（PRO）
PitchKeys は任意の有料 PRO サブスクリプションを提供します。どのサービスが関わるかは、
本アプリをどこからインストールしたかによって異なります。 いずれの版でも、当社がカード
番号や決済情報を受け取ることはありません。サブスクリプションを利用しない場合、本項は適用され
ません。
Google Play 版（Android アプリ）
決済は Google Play 課金が処理し（販売者は Google）、サブスクリプション状態は
RevenueCat が管理して、アプリが PRO かどうかを判定します。このために RevenueCat
は、アプリが生成した匿名識別子と購入／取引情報（購入商品、購入・更新日、基本的な端末／プラット
フォーム情報など）を受け取ります。決済情報はすべて Google Play が処理します。
RevenueCat はサブスクリプション管理のための処理者（受託者）です。取り扱いに

Apps in Toss 版（トス アプリ内で動作するミニアプリ）
この版は RevenueCat を使用しません。決済はトスのアプリ内決済を通じて
トスが処理し、販売者もトスです。本アプリは トスの SDK（アプリ内
決済 API と、ミニアプリ単位のキー／バリュー Storage ブリッジ）を利用し、サブスクリプションの
決済が成功したときやサブスクリプションが復元されたときに、アプリが PRO かどうかを判定できるよう、
